Land Tax Information Session
Do you own more than one property? If so, the recent land tax reform package passed by the South Australian government may affect you.
The reforms come into effect from 1st July 2020 which will include significant changes to grouping of land holdings within related entities, land tax rates and thresholds.
Come along to our free seminar at the City Hall on Monday, 2 March at 7pm , with guest speaker Paul Tanti from Thomson Geer Lawyers to find out how property owners may be impacted now and into the future.
Paul Tanti is a partner in the Tax team at Thomson Geer and is the Chartered Accountants ANZ representative on the Revenue SA SA State Taxes Liaison Group. He has a broad range of experience in providing specialist taxation and commercial advice to a wide variety of clients. Paul has recently been named by Best Lawyers in Australia as “Lawyer of the Year” in the area of Tax law (2020).
There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation followed by a light supper and refreshments.
